We are the leading producer of Raffia Machine Rubber Rollers. Using fresh metal cores, the rollers are cleaned and coated with a bonding agent before being moulded, wrapped, or extruded onto the metal. Vulcanization using heat and pressure cures the rubber and attaches it to the core. Many times, a permanent bond is not sought in the case of conveyor rollers, thus a rubber sleeve is designed slightly smaller than the core diameter so that the sleeve may be pneumatically pushed over the core for a tight, non-slip fit. After-curing cyanoacrylate bonding of rubber and metal is also available and is especially beneficial for segmented rollers; this includes secondary assembly processes. Rubber sleeves are created for plastic cores and either blown or bonded onto the core.
