These are typically cylindrical containers with hemispherical or dished bottom vessels and unfastened top lids. If the client requests it, the top is sometimes sealed with dished ends. Depending on the client’s preferences, the vessels are jacketed with either steam or electric heating. A propeller-type agitator is delivered from the top and is powered by an appropriate HP motor based on the vessel capacity. For closed type containers, a bottom entry agitator is supplied. Water is heated and melted in the vessel to temperatures ranging from 60 to 80 degrees Celsius, depending on the operation. This hot water is then transported to the production vessel. The tank features an exit valve with din fittings for connecting a suitable pipeline. A 100 mesh conical filter is supplied to filter out any contaminants from the water. |
MANUFACTURING VESSEL
Cylindrical jars with hemispherical or dished bottoms are used in manufacturing. The vessel’s top has a dished end as well. Between the vessel and the top lid, a silicone gasket is supplied. In the production vessel, there is an agitator assembly with a bottom entrance homogeniser and a top dual speed anchor agitator. For cleaning, a hydraulic lifting of the top cover is provided in the production vessel. All vessels have appropriate nozzles, manholes, valves, and so on. The vessel also comes with a jacket that may be used for both heating and cooling. However, cooling is the primary function of a production vessel. Full vacuum can be applied to the manufacturing vessel. |
